Flora Villa is situated on the main road (vv3066 or cv416) for easy finding. On offer is double and twin bedrooms with ensuites overlooking an almond grove. Also available is a two bedroom apartment for rent. There is 3,000 m2 of flat land to accommodate parking for vans and lorries.

Flora Villa is a non-smoking premises, smoking is only allowed on veranda or in the grounds. Cigarettes ends must be disposed in ashtrays.

Montserrat is so central, to the motorway, the city of Valencia ( which hosts trade fairs, festivals), Valencia Airport, Ricardu Tormo Circuit (which hosts world Superbike, Moto GP, Le manns series, WTCC, and formula 1 testing), golf courses, marines ( Americas cup), La Tomatina, the tomato throwing festival and of course the beaches.There are many places to shop ranging from local markets, flea markets to big shopping centres and commercial centres, including Bonaire Shopping centre, which is perfect for those spending sprees. Montserrat is served by bus, taxis, and trains in near by station of Torrente, Pissacent and Silla. (Trains run every 15mins). However a car is recommended if you want to see the magnificent countryside. Flora Villa is within easy reach of Barcelona (north) and the other way (south) to Benidorm and Alicante (approx 2hours away).

Alicante airport is approx 2 hours away from Flora Villa and is approx. 25 minutes from Valencia Airport.
