Flora Villa is situated on the main road (vv3066 or cv416) for easy finding. At present we can offer 3 bedrooms with en suites overlooking an almond grove these rooms are double or twin beds. In the near future a further two double bedrooms with their own en suites will be available. We also have a family room. We have plenty of parking for vehicles, where we can even accommodate Vans and Lorries.

WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR

We are a no-smoking premises but if you do wish to smoke you may do so either on the veranda or in the grounds. Please remember to put cigarettes out properly because of fire hazard. We do request that all cigarette ends are disposed in ashtrays.

We are sorry but no pets are allowed as we do have two dogs ourselves who are very friendly and their names are Mr Plod and Cookie…

Monserrat is the perfect place for a nice and quiet relaxing, stress free and restful holiday or for the all important matter of house-hunting in inland rural Spain… Monserrat is typically Spanish and it is only now that the British Community are coming inland to explore, realising just how beautiful the area is. The Monserrat area has a wide range of farming including palms, lemons, oranges, nectarines, grapes and almonds.
Monserrat village is truly Spanish, and comes alive at the weekends and stays open well into the early hours with festivals.

Monserrat is so central, to the motorway, the city of Valencia, Valencia airport, Ricardu Tormo circuit and super bike racecourse, golf courses, Marinas (32nd Americas Cup will be held here in 2007), La Tomatina, the tomato throwing festival and of course the Beaches. There are many places to shop ranging from local markets and flea markets to big shopping centres and commercial centres including Bonaire shopping centre which is perfect for those spending sprees. Monserrat is served by bus, taxis and trains in the nearby stations of Torrente, Picassent and Silla. (A return fare from Silla to the centre of Valencia costs approx 1 euro 50 cents and are every 15 minutes). However a car is recommended if you want to see the magnificent countryside. We are within easy reach of Barcelona (north) and the other way (south) to Benidorm and Alicante (approx 2hours away).

Alicante airport is approx 2 hours away from us and we are 25 minutes from Valencia Airport. There are now cheap flights coming into Valencia Airport EasyJet or RyanAir and ThomsonFly.
