Flora Garden Suite is a large, bright and modern apartment which will make you feel at home. The accommodation available comprises the whole of the lower storey of the villa and includes use of the beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Accommodation for 4 people with extra double sofa bed in the lounge making a total capacity of 6 people.
You can relax in style and comfort after enjoying the lovely temperatures of Valencia region, the beaches, the city and its monuments and attractions or its nightlife, there is also the Ricardo Tormo circuit, which hosts events such as World Super bike, Moto GP, WTCC, Le mans series, National Spanish Championships, Track days. La Tomatina in Bunol, La- Raima (The Grape throwing festival) in Poble Del Doc, Valencia.

Entrance to the apartment is through patio doors, into the living room. This tastefully decorated living room has plenty of seating. There is a TV and a DVD and CD if you wish for a night in and a log burner for those who want a fire for that romantic setting. The patio door looks onto the drive with the palm trees and gardens either side.

To the right of the living room, you will find the spacious open plan kitchen which is totally equipped with all the modern appliances such as fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc which enables you to cook that romantic meal if you so desire. The dinning seats 4 comfortably.

Passing through the hall you will find the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is spacious with a toilet, basin and large shower. The first bedroom has a 2 single beds and wardobes. Through the window you can see the garden and lemon tree. The second bedroom is the master bedroom which has a double bed, drawers, and wardrobes. This room has French doors leading out onto the garden. The bedrooms have ample space to store your belongings as well as clean sheets and towels. Hairdryers are supplied for your stay.

The Swimming Pool
Flora Garden Suite swimming pool is for guest use only. The pool is 12mx6m and 2m deep and is filtered on a daily basis. Opening time for swimming pool: Mornings from 7.30am to 8pm. A disclaimer will have to be signed before using the swimming Pool.

There is an outside kitchen with sink with crockery and cutlery for eating by the pool, There is hot and cold shower on the pool terrace. Sun beds and tables are on the terrace around the pool. Swimming towels are supplied. There is a pool side bar incorporating stools and stereo. There is a utility room which has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. This is shared with the owner, as is the cloths line. There is approximate 4,000 m2 of landscape garden with its own fishpond and waterfall. Gazebos for those shaded moments. Also there is a BBQ for your use.

The Garden
2,000 square metres of garden has been landscaped for your pleasure to ease your day or evening away. Water features, fishpond, benches and seating areas have been placed around the garden for you to sit and enjoy the scenery. There is also a BBQ for your use.

I live on the premises on a full time basis and am available if you need any assistance during your stay, but apart from the daily maintenance of the pool, terraces and garden your peace and tranquility will be my priority. There is also free Internet via WIFI if you bring your own laptop.

The Area
The village of Montserrat has many restaurants and supermarkets to accommodate all tastes. There many other shops and markets to enjoy. There are festivals etc through the year. I do recommend that you hire a car due to the rural location of the villa and because there are so many wonderful places to visit and things to do within the area.
