Our Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required through pay pal in order to confirm your booking.
The outstanding Balance is due on arrival in cash only.

Please be aware there is a 150€ Security Deposit, as is standard with holiday rentals, which will be returned on your departure
following inspection of the accommodation.

Cancelation Policy:
If a booking has been confirmed but you wish to cancel please be aware that the 15% Deposit will be withheld. This is to cover costs (any bookings that may have been turned away, and any necessary action to have taken to accommodate, including food etc.,)

You can check in from 5 pm and check out 10.30 on the morning of departure.

Flora Villa and Flora Garden Suite recommend you arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy and that you have full cover
for personal belongings, public liability etc. since these are not covered by Flora Villa Insurance.
Flora Villa and Flora Garden Suite cannot be held responsible for any personal accident/injury, and loss or damage to personal property during your stay.
